Fabrication

Fabrication is one of the most important processes in Electrical Control Panel manufacturing because it forms the structural foundation of the panel. A high-quality fabricated enclosure ensures safety, durability, proper heat dissipation, and long service life of the electrical system. In industrial panel manufacturing, fabrication is carried out using precision engineering practices and advanced machinery to achieve accurate dimensions and strong mechanical construction.

The fabrication process generally starts with engineering drawings and panel GA (General Arrangement) layouts. Based on approved drawings, CRCA or Aluzinc steel sheets are selected according to the required thickness and protection level. CNC laser cutting and turret punching machines are used for accurate cutting, slotting, and hole-making operations. These precision operations help maintain dimensional accuracy and improve component fitting quality.

After cutting, bending operations are performed using CNC press brake machines to achieve proper panel structure and rigidity. The fabricated parts are then welded and assembled carefully to ensure mechanical strength and alignment. Surface treatment processes such as degreasing, phosphating, and powder coating are carried out to improve corrosion resistance and provide an aesthetically finished appearance.

The metal surfaces are cleaned, degreased, and treated to remove contaminants and improve coating adhesion.

Electrostatic powder coating technology is used to provide a uniform, smooth, and highly durable finish. The coated panels are cured at controlled temperatures to achieve maximum hardness and corrosion resistance. This RAL7032process protects the panel from rust, moisture, chemicals, and harsh environmental conditions. Various RAL shades, such as RAL7032, RAL2000, and RAL7022, are available to meet project specifications and customer requirements.
